Raven's magical CD works on the deep subconscious levels releasing clutter and bringing clarity to the mind.

I had the opportunity to experience my first meditation session to this CD and I must say, it was simply amazing. The music and voice are soothing, magical, and of course, relaxing. On the magical journey I was fortunate to meet my Animal Totem and Guardian Goddess which was uplifting and so spiritual. Many thoughts came to me during the guided meditation so make sure to write them down right after the CD ends, it's great to reflect back to and also compare when you listen to the CD again and again! I first encountered this CD while writing a story for the local newspaper. I had the pleasure of listening to
the CD in its entirety in the process of researching the story. It
was a genuine gift to not only have a chance to engage my intuition and sink into a higher relm of conciousness while listening to this heartfelt creation, but meeting and interviewing the deeply insightful and energetically generous creator, Raven Star Merrill, was truly meaningful and inspirational. This cd was given to me to try and I am thrilled it was. I had a lovely experience with it, I've done many guided meditations over the years and write them as well. I experienced this CD in two chunks - the first when I had 15 minutes to spare & pulled over in my car & began listening to the first track. What followed was a relaxing, rejuvenating visit with a lovely white bear - it left me feeling deeply rooted & refreshed. The second go happened at home when I had more time, and again Raven's voice & soothing music led me into an incredibly relaxed & nurturing space as I met with the bear & my guardian goddess.
